Here's the full itinerary so you know what to expect, whether you're joining us for the whole weekend or just a few days!

Events

  • For guests joining us early, check-in opens today. Take the day to settle into your villa, relax by the pool or beach, and get acclimated before the celebrations begin. We'll host a Welcome Dinner this evening — a laid-back first chance for everyone to meet and catch up before the big weekend ahead.

  • This afternoon we'll run through the ceremony details together, then gather for our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony. A meaningful, ancestral part of our celebration — thank you for being here for it. Afterward, we'll continue into the evening with a rehearsal dinner.

  • This is it! Join us as we say "I do" at the outdoor chapel, followed by an evening reception.

    The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour at 6:00 PM and the reception dinner at 7:00 PM — so clear your schedule and get ready to celebrate with us.

  • Check-out is today, but no rush! We'll be staying an extra day ourselves, so feel free to linger a bit longer, relax by the pool, and soak in the resort before heading home. Or take some extra time to explore Vietnam, Alex's ancestral homeland.
